The North Farms Homeowners Association (HOA) represents the interests of property owners in the North Farms neighborhood which was established in 2015. The subdivision is located east and west of North Road and south of Shanahan Road, in Lewis Center, Ohio. There are 209 properties in all and each homeowner in the community is automatically a part of the HOA.
All North Farms property owners support the HOA with an annual assessment of $550, broken down into quarterly payments. The HOA is governed by a set of Bylaws. Assessment monies support neighborhood projects such as landscape and lawn maintenance, entryway signage, beautification, and other initiatives that make North Farms a better place to live.
Currently, the HOA retains Towne Properties as an outside management company. Homeowners need to set up an account with Towne Properties in order to make electronic payments. Payments can also be made by check through the mail. See the Contact Us page for the address.
